Specialized Research Development and Grant Facilitation Services for WHRI and BCCHR

The University of British Columbia intends to enter into a purchase agreement with Rosemary Twomey to deliver specialized research development and grant facilitation services. These offsite services support the Women's Health Research Institute and the BC Children's Hospital Research Institute on an as-needed basis. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to respond. Applicants must provide a Statement of Capabilities in PDF format, submitting responses digitally online or via email by November 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST. All inquiries must be submitted through the online portal by November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST.
