Business Consultant Services for Modernization Initiatives

Assisted Living and Social Services seeks business consultant services for modernization initiatives to evolve digital delivery models, assist legacy technology transformations, and advance citizen-centered services within an artificial intelligence framework. The contractor will also support the transition of Income Support services, improve staff workflow efficiency, and perform work offsite over a one-year contract term. Eligibility is limited to onshore entities within Canada. Proponents must submit proposals up to 25 pages long digitally by email or online by November 27, 2026, no later than 15:00:59 Alberta Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Manager at least three business days prior to closing. Proposals must meet all mandatory requirements to be screened in, with scoring based on responses to desirable provisions and proposed pricing in Canadian funds.
