Legal Files Storage, Tracking, and Retrieval Services for Department of Corrections

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Office of the Chief Counsel requires an onshore contractor to provide secure off-site legal records storage and retrieval services. The contractor must maintain approximately 5,500 hard copy boxes in a flood-proof facility equipped with smoke detectors and automatic sprinklers, provide an online records management system, track files, and perform same-day or next-day deliveries to the designated Tech Park location. If the awardee is not the incumbent, the contractor must coordinate and incorporate charges to transport all files from the current facility in Delano, Pennsylvania.
