Savannah I-16 Community Reconnection and Redevelopment Planning Consulting Services

The City of Savannah seeks professional planning, economic development, housing, preservation, and real estate consulting services to prepare the I-16 Community Reconnection and Redevelopment Plan. The selected vendor will establish a detailed redevelopment framework for land use, housing, economic stability, and historic preservation within the area impacted by the removal of the I-16 flyover and the restoration of the historic street grid. This project encompasses a six-month contract with firm proposed pricing. Eligible United States organizations must submit one electronic proposal through the supplier portal, including pricing for each line item and an overall total project cost. Vendors must submit all questions through the portal no later than November 20, 2026. A selection committee will evaluate proposals based on qualifications and experience (30 points), approach (30 points), past performance (20 points), references (10 points), and price (10 points).
