Lincoln Electric System Cisco Phone System Renewal Bid

Lincoln Electric System seeks authorized Cisco partners or authorized distributors to provide Cisco phone renewal systems. The scope of work includes Expressway version 15 restricted software, on-premises UCCX standard and premium server smart licensing, basic support for flex plans, Cisco access smart licenses, and Cisco SRST endpoints. Bidders must submit communications and technical questions through the LES Online Procurement System by November 12, 2026. Proposals must be uploaded through the same online system by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, as no paper copies will be accepted.
