American Sign Language, Spoken English Interpreting, and Cued Speech Translation Services

Portland Public Schools seeks proposals from qualified partners to provide accurate, impartial, and confidential American Sign Language and spoken English interpretation, as well as cued speech translation services. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit proposals by November 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
