Volume Purchase Agreement for Athletic Uniforms, Apparel, and Equipment

Columbia School District seeks proposals for a volume purchase agreement to provide athletic uniforms, apparel, equipment supplies, non-exclusive capital equipment, and related embellishment services like screen printing and embroidery. Onshore contractors will perform the required work onsite, deliver needed sports gear, and maintain required insurance including worker's compensation coverage. Interested bidders must submit all questions by November 18, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated online planroom by 2:00 PM CT on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, as emailed, mailed, faxed, or hand-delivered submissions are not accepted. The initial contract term runs from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with options for two consecutive one-year renewals. The District will evaluate proposals based on vendor qualifications and past performance, team experience, ability to meet project requirements and schedules, cost and overall value, and general RFP compliance.
