Public Address System Replacement Service for Martin Luther King, Jr Charter School of Excellence

Martin Luther King, Jr. Charter School of Excellence requires a contractor to replace its public address system with new wiring, internal and external speakers, horns, strobe lights, and paging system hardware. The requested scope includes a head end kit or server, battery backup, amplifier, scheduled bell system with volume control, a SIP paging adapter for Zoom phone integration, installation, testing, and training. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM, submit questions by November 23, 2026, and deliver sealed bids by 4:00 PM on December 7, 2026.
