Athletic Team and Department Uniforms, Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, and Branding Program Services

Southwest Minnesota State University is soliciting proposals from qualified manufacturers, distributors, authorized resellers, and suppliers to provide athletic team and department uniforms, game day apparel, spirit wear, practice gear, footwear, equipment, and decoration services. Eligible participants are restricted to onshore USA organizations that can carry out offsite work from their own premises. The university seeks a single supplier under an anticipated three-year agreement, though renewals and extensions may not extend beyond June 30, 2032. The anticipated budget is $200,000 per contract year.
