Construction Program Management and General Consultant Services for Georgia Institute of Technology

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, for the use and benefit of the Georgia Institute of Technology, seeks a consultant to provide construction program management services in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected vendor must identify program concepts and associated budgets, validate financial feasibility, develop a task-related delivery schedule, and represent Owner and Georgia Tech user-group interests during schematic and design development. Responsibilities also include creating a guaranteed maximum price framework, monitoring construction activities for cost, schedule, and quality, and coordinating the final building punchlist and closeout documentation. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the United States, and work must be performed onsite. The contract will run for a one-year term under an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity structure with a total cost limitation of $600,000.00.
