SFAA Professional Environmental Studies for State Land Acquisitions Qualified Firms List

The South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority seeks professional qualifications to update its approved list of firms conducting environmental studies for state land acquisitions. Criteria for the statewide studies follow ASTM E1527-13 or ASTM E2247-08, or more current versions, alongside the SFAA Policy. Firms already on the current list do not need to resubmit, but applicants must hold proper licensure under Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws at the time of submission. Applicants must submit one printed copy and one electronic copy by hand delivery or mail to Michael Cooper in Columbia, South Carolina, by December 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Submittals should include a current Standard Federal Form 330, primary contact information, South Carolina residency certification, and responses to the selection criteria established in SC Code § 11-35-3220.
