Request for Standing Arrangement for Business Technical and Consulting IT Services

The BC Energy Regulator seeks standing arrangements with qualified onshore Canadian organizations to provide IT, business, and consulting services. The scope covers development, business analysis, service design, user experience, training, project management, business and technical advisory, and spatial, data, information, and analytics services offsite to enhance its IM/IT portfolio and develop new applications. Respondents must submit their proposals electronically via https://procurement.bc-er.ca/ before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on December 2, 2026, while submitting all questions by November 27, 2026. Submissions require completion of the Response Template and pricing forms providing single hourly rates per seniority level. The buyer will evaluate compliant proposals against mandatory criteria, rated technical capacity, and pricing weighted up to 25 points, establishing contracts for a two-year period.
