Commencement Photographer Services for Graduate and Ceremony Candid Photography

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide commencement photographer services under a three-year contract. The scope requires taking at least two photographs of each graduate, capturing the moment the graduate receives a diploma from the President on center stage, as well as the moment just prior to exiting the stage or reaching the floor at the bottom of the steps. The photographer must also capture candid photos of graduates, guests, and the platform party in the auditorium both before and following the ceremony. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Vendors can submit their responses digitally through email or online, and performance of the work will be offsite.
