Scope of work
- Represent the Township in various labor related legal matters including litigation
- Conduct legal research and render legal opinions
- Assist the Township in any other manner necessary
- Preparation of all legal documents necessary and incidental thereto
Minimum qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and appear before all State and Federal courts and administrative offices for at least 10 years preceding appointment
- Certificate of Authorization if a corporation
- Experience practicing before State Courts for a minimum of ten years
- Experience representing a Municipality in a community with demographics similar to Old Bridge for a minimum of ten years
- Sufficient support staff to provide all services requested including legal document preparation
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Municipal Labor Law
