Township of Old Bridge Emergency Property Demolition and Abandonment Legal Counsel Services

The Township of Old Bridge seeks emergency property demolition and abandonment legal counsel. The appointed counsel will provide specialized legal advice, issue opinion letters, and manage litigation, county appeals, foreclosure proceedings, and negotiations concerning local property abandonment and emergency demolition matters. Eligible onshore USA organizations and individuals must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey, maintain a practice primarily concentrated in property abandonment, and possess at least 15 years of experience before the New Jersey Superior Court. Applicants must submit required compliance forms, an executive summary, a staffing plan, references, and proof of required insurance, including commercial general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000.
