On-Call Airport Planning, Engineering, Architectural, and Construction Inspection Consultant Services

The Telfair Wheeler Airport Authority seeks qualified aviation consulting firms to provide professional on-call planning, engineering, architectural, and construction inspection/administration consultant services at the Telfair Wheeler Airport in McRae, Georgia. Requested services encompass two separate qualification packages: planning and environmental services, and professional on-call engineering, architectural, and construction inspection/administration services. The Authority intends to award two separate contracts under a Master Agreement spanning a five-year period. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals for offsite performance. Interested firms must submit six hard copies and one electronic PDF copy of their Statement of Qualifications, limited to thirty pages excluding tabs and a two-page cover letter. The submittal deadline is 2:00 pm local time on December 7, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026. A Selection Committee will evaluate submissions based on criteria including the firm's qualifications, experience, key personnel qualifications, and staff availability.
