Printing Services for Envelopes, Newsletters, and Mail Processing

The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation seeks bids for printing services, including envelopes, newsletters, commercial printing, bar-coded address inkjet printing, and mail preparation. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The contract term runs from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028. Bidders must submit questions in writing using the Bid Question Form no later than November 18, 2026. Sealed bids submitted by mail or electronic proposals via BidNet Direct are due before the bid opening on December 2, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Submissions require completed bid forms, Excel pricing files, and a W9 form. CiTi evaluates proposals using a 100-point scale based on price (up to 50 points), standard delivery time (up to 25 points), and delivery method (up to 25 points).
