Classification and Compensation Study for Management and Confidential Employees

The Town of Greenwich seeks proposals from onshore USA organizations to conduct a classification and compensation study for management and confidential employees. The selected vendor must perform the work offsite to evaluate job classifications, review job descriptions, interview staff, assess internal equity, survey market salary and benefits, recommend updated salary grades and employee placements, and provide plan maintenance tools. Respondents must deliver sealed proposals by mail or commercial express service to the Purchasing Department by 11:00 AM on December 3, 2026. The Town does not accept submissions by fax or email. An Evaluation Committee will score responsive proposals based on criteria that include public sector compensation experience, qualification and availability of the project team, and cost.
