Outside Legal Counsel and Commercial Leasing Services for Program Sites

The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation seeks proposals from qualified California law firms to provide outside legal counsel services on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes immediate and ongoing commercial leasing support for program sites, guidance on governmental contracts and grants, compliance advice for government-funded programs, contract drafting, policy development, and legal research. MAOF may award contracts to one or more law firms by practice area or matter, but guarantees no minimum volume of work or compensation. Eligible offerors must be onshore USA organizations and qualified California law firms not suspended or debarred on SAM.gov. Firms must submit questions by November 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST and deliver one searchable PDF proposal via PlanetBids by December 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST. Submissions must address the Scope of Work, identify RFP No. 26-030 Outside Legal Counsel, and include the completed Cost Proposal Worksheet, Vendor Identification form, and Client References.
