Developer Partner Services for RAD Conversion and Redevelopment of Garden Properties

The Fairfield Alabama Housing Authority requires a developer partner for the Rental Assistance Demonstration conversion and redevelopment of Demetrius Newton Gardens and Mattie Gill Jackson Gardens. The developer partner must deliver a financially feasible plan covering predevelopment and planning, financing, design and construction, relocation, resident services, and long-term operations while preserving affordability and agency ownership. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and the work will be performed offsite.
