Medium-Voltage Cable, Switchgear and Transformer Diagnostic Testing for DRBA Facilities

The Delaware River and Bay Authority seeks bids for Contract No. CS-26-52 to perform field inspection, diagnostic testing, and safety requirements for 12 kV class electrical infrastructure. Base bid locations include the Delaware Memorial Bridge complex, Wilmington Airport, and Cape May Ferry Terminal, with an optional additive alternate for Millville Airport. All bidding firms must register and subscribe in CapEx to be eligible. Contractors may submit their numeric bid electronically via CapEx or by hard copy, but they must deliver all required sealed bid forms and a bid guaranty of at least ten percent to the DRBA Procurement Department by 11:00 a.m. local time on December 3, 2026. Bidders must submit questions via CapEx no later than six business days before the bid opening, and the Authority reserves options to extend the contract for up to two additional one-year periods.
