Minimum qualifications
- All interested bidders must attend the Mandatory Site Visit

- Registered to do business in the state of Colorado with the Secretary of State prior to contract execution
- All employees or assistants entering the correctional facility must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to work in the space, area, near and around the facility boiler system
