Employee Assistance Program Services for State Employees and Eligible Household Members

The New Mexico Health Care Authority seeks proposals to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program for state employees and eligible household members. The contractor will provide confidential, statewide support for personal, emotional, financial, legal, and workplace concerns through toll-free calling, secure video counseling, online scheduling, live chat, and crisis intervention. Eligibility requires onshore U.S. performance, and work will be offsite for a one-year contract period. Offerors must complete an electronic-only proposal submission by 3:00 PM MST on December 7, 2026. Submissions must include technical specifications detailing organizational experience and key personnel bios, an audited financial history or alternative statements, a Letter of Transmittal Form, a Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form, and a completed Cost Response Form.
