Enterprise Technology Management Solution for IT Service and Asset Management

The City of Danville seeks proposals for an Enterprise Technology Management solution to deliver an integrated platform covering IT service management, technology asset and portfolio management, and technology intake and project governance. The selected vendor will support the complete technology lifecycle from initial request to retirement, providing implementation, configuration, data migration, integration, training, and ongoing support services. Eligible vendors must be domestic or foreign business entities authorized to transact business in Virginia—or explain their exemption—and must independently demonstrate sufficient experience, equipment, and financial resources. Proposals are evaluated across categories including functional capabilities and requirements, cost and total cost of ownership, ease of use and user experience, and vendor experience and customer support. Vendors must submit sealed proposals by mail, hand delivery, or electronically via eVA by December 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM. A pre-proposal meeting takes place on November 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and all inquiries must be submitted by November 18, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
