Sex Offender Registry Public Website Service

The State of New Hampshire Department of Safety requires a modernized, map-enabled, mobile-responsive public Sex Offender Registry website and related administrative capabilities. The requested scope includes public search features, offender photographs, FAQ content, tip intake, reporting and audit tools, document management, and annual fee payment support. The contractor must perform work offsite and establish daily automated publication of approved registry data from the authoritative source. Bidding is restricted to onshore United States organizations. Vendors must submit electronic proposals in searchable PDF format with files under 10MB to [email protected] by December 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Submissions require separate attachments for the Technical Proposal and the Price Proposal, which must include completed Pricing Worksheets. An optional virtual pre-bid conference takes place on October 27, 2026, and all questions are due by November 13, 2026.
