Traffic Data Collection Services

The buyer requires traffic data collection services for a government authority in Ontario. Requested scope items include automated traffic recorder counts, turning movement counts, bicycle counts, delay studies, video capture, gap and queue surveys, travel time studies, traffic control compliance studies, and parking surveys as directed by the city. Only Canadian onshore vendors are eligible to bid, and vendors must register on the issuing authority's website to download the unwatermarked RFP. Bidders must submit responses digitally via email or online for a contract term of three years. Performance of the work will take place onsite.
