Software Services — DEPARTMENT

The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is soliciting bids for F5 TAP software services. The required brand for these software services is strictly F5 TAP, and the selected vendor will perform the work offsite. Bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations and must register in the County's WebVen system prior to submitting a bid. Bids must be submitted digitally through the online Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by November 9, 2026, at 12:00:00 PM. Submissions must include a completed bid, any attached specification sheets filled out with "As Specified" or alternate details, and all required forms from Appendix A (Exhibits 1 through 8). Bidders must state their delivery times in definite terms and exclude sales or use taxes from their pricing, providing their California Seller's Permit or Use Tax Number on Exhibit 2 instead.
