County of Orange Invitation for Bid for Custom Signs and Related Services

The County of Orange Probation Department is issuing an Invitation for Bids for custom signs and related services on an as-needed basis to support departmental operations. Scope requirements include constructing acrylic name plates with beveled edges, black painted acrylic plates with PVC backing, and colored PVC plates in specified colors featuring ADA-compliant tactile lettering and clear changeable copy strips. Performance of work will occur onsite in the United States, and the resulting contract period will last for one year. Bidders must submit firm pricing for each item separately, as all-or-none bids and item substitutions are prohibited. Submissions must be sent digitally via email or online before November 19, 2026, at 4:00 PM. All clarification questions must be submitted by November 12, 2026. Prior to contract award, the selected vendor must provide a signed W-9 form and Certificates of Insurance with additional insured endorsements.
