General Consulting Engineering Services on Capital Projects for 2027 for the City of Summit

The City of Summit is soliciting Qualification Statements from USA-based firms to provide general consulting engineering services on capital projects for 2027. The required scope of work includes design services, construction oversight inspection, surveying services, traffic engineering and studies, environmental services, and other professional engineering services requested by the city. Vendors will perform work offsite at their own office premises and must participate in required city meetings. Applicants must submit a complete Qualification Statement that includes an executed Letter of Qualification, basic administrative firm information, and answers to all RFQ questions. The City Administration and its designated Review Team will evaluate proposals based on experience and reputation in the field, cost-effectiveness, and availability to accommodate required city meetings. Submissions are due by November 20, 2026, and selected vendors will receive not-to-exceed contracts utilizing proposed hourly rates.
