RFI for Computing Assets and White Space Infrastructure Services for Empire AI

Empire AI Consortium, Inc. is issuing this Request for Information to gather information for high-performance, accelerator-based computing assets and white space infrastructure services for the Empire AI Research Computing Center. The buyer requires system configurations supporting advanced AI and scientific workloads, including rack-scale compute configurations, operating system and cluster management software, security architectures, parallel storage platforms, and white space infrastructure up to a 5 MW IT load. Eligible respondents include USA-based organizations operating onshore. Respondents must digitally submit their responses, not exceeding 25 pages (excluding attachments A through C, résumés, and product data sheets), via email or online by December 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET. Submittals must include completed Attachments A through E, covering indicative non-binding pricing, technical data sheets, facility interface requirements, and a preliminary responsibility matrix. This RFI is strictly for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or contract award.
