Paul Smith's College Visitor Interpretive Center Trail Map Development Services

Paul Smith's College of Arts and Sciences is seeking qualified vendors to develop a comprehensive new trail map for the Visitor Interpretive Center property. The selected vendor must create a detailed basemap of the 40km trail network, design layout concepts for an interpretive kiosk and paper handouts, build digital and web versions, and coordinate printing and installation on property kiosks. The work is performed offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must satisfy specific New York State contract terms, equal opportunity and non-discrimination rules, and insurance coverage requirements, including commercial general liability, auto, umbrella, property, professional liability, and workers' compensation. Bids released on October 30, 2026, close on December 1, 2026, and responses may be submitted digitally via email or online.
