Administrative Support for Texas Aerospace Research and Space Economy Consortium

Texas A&M University requires administrative support services for the Texas Aerospace Research and Space Economy Consortium (TARSEC). The selected vendor will manage activities, meetings, workshops, communications, and related documentation offsite. Responsibilities also include website administration and content coordination, such as maintaining records of requested and completed website changes, coordinating revisions with technical personnel, and assisting with approved updates. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Respondents must provide pricing and prove they maintain the required workers' compensation, business automobile, commercial general liability, and excess/umbrella liability insurance. Proposals must be received by Texas A&M University Procurement Services on or before 2:00 p.m. CST on November 13, 2026. The university will evaluate responsive proposals based on Vendor Experience (5 points) and Pricing and benefits to user (20 points) out of 100 total points.
