Professional Engineering Services for Pacific Avenue Tree Planting

The City of Atlantic City requires professional engineering services for the Pacific Avenue Tree Planting project. The selected vendor will serve as the construction manager, providing technical construction observation via a full-time project engineer or field inspector, reviewing shop drawings, chairing progress meetings, and processing contractor pay applications and project closeouts. Eligible proposers must be experienced, US-based organizations regularly engaged in providing the required services and compliant with all applicable legal and affirmative action requirements. All questions must be submitted writing through BidNet Direct by November 9, 2026.
