Configurable Cloud-Based Camp Registration and Administration Software Solution

Florida State University requires a configurable, cloud-based camp registration and administration software solution through Invitation to Negotiate ITN 6860-6. The platform must support day, residential, and overnight camps for participants under 18 years of age across circus, music, recreation, athletics, academic, and other youth programs. It must also handle housing, dining, transportation, health documentation, waivers, payments, attendance, parent communications, distinctive camp interfaces, and integration with the university's single-sign-on system. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the contractor will perform the work offsite over a five-year contract period.
