Language and Interpretation Services Including Certified American Sign Language and Translation Platform

SUNY seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive 24/7/365 language and interpretation services both onsite and offsite. Required services include certified American Sign Language, video and phone interpretation, in-person interpretation, a translation platform and portal, secure compliant connections, and qualification of bilingual employees. Only onshore USA organizations may bid, and the anticipated contract term is five years. Proposers must email written questions in Excel format by November 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, and submit proposals digitally by December 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST alongside required attachments such as the signed Summary Information Form. An evaluation committee assesses submissions on a best-value basis using an administrative completeness screening, a technical evaluation of mandatory requirements, and a 25-point financial evaluation that awards maximum points to the lowest all-inclusive cost proposal.
