Harrison School District 2 Before and After School Childcare Services

Harrison School District 2 seeks qualified providers to deliver affordable, high-quality before and after school childcare services for students and families. The program must be financially self-supporting without direct payment from the district, and providers must obtain and maintain all required Colorado licenses and staffing certifications at their sole cost. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid and must submit one signed best offer digitally via email or online by December 16, 2026. Questions must be emailed to the purchasing manager by 5:00 PM on December 1, 2026. The district will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to meet RFP requirements, pricing, how well the offering meets district needs, and the provider's ability to ensure care. Quoted pricing must remain firm for 90 days, and the district reserves the right to award to single or multiple vendors.
