Radon Detectors Hardware, Analysis, and Reporting Service for New York State Residents

The New York State Department of Health seeks proposals from onshore USA organizations to provide radon detectors for New York State residents. The selected contractor must perform offsite work covering radon detector hardware, radon detector analysis and reports, and quality assurance and quality reporting under a five-year contract term. All questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026. Electronic submissions require font sizes of eleven points or larger, body text detailing file passwords and contact details, and required wet-ink handwritten signatures in blue ink. The Department evaluates responsive proposals using a best-value approach, weighting technical proposals at 70 percent and cost proposals at 30 percent.
