Encinitas As-Needed Grant Writing and Grant Administration Services

The City of Encinitas seeks a consultant to provide as-needed grant writing and grant administration services across an anticipated three-year contract period. The contractor will perform offsite tasks ranging from minor guidance to fully drafting grant proposals, compiling supporting graphics and records, identifying matching funding opportunities, and administering existing or new grants under task authorizations. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Interested firms must submit questions by December 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM and deliver final submittals to the Engineering Department by December 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
