City of Irving Water Utilities Instrumentation Maintenance and Calibration Services

The City of Irving Water Utilities Department seeks a contractor to provide instrumentation maintenance, service upgrades, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and additional services on an as-needed basis. The scope covers the city's water distribution Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system, including quarterly instrument calibration, general operation checks, and cleaning. Contractors must respond to initial service calls within eight hours and arrive on site for emergency calls within two hours. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. The initial contract begins on the date of award and runs for one year through the last day of the month prior to the award date, with options for two one-year renewals.
