Township of Old Bridge Zoning Board Attorney Consulting and Legal Services

The Township of Old Bridge seeks an onshore USA organization to provide consulting legal services for its Zoning Board under contract number 2027-32PS. The appointed attorney will attend all regular and special meetings, perform legal research, issue formal opinions, defend the board in litigation, and handle related matters involving municipal land use, zoning, redevelopment, affordable housing, and environmental rules. Vendors must submit an executive summary, staffing plan with resumes, qualifications, references, conflict of interest statements, and required certifications, including disclosure of investment activities in Iran. Selected consultants must also provide proof of bonding and required insurance, including commercial general liability of at least $1,000,000 naming the municipality as an additional insured. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, and the township will not issue advance payments.
