Township of Old Bridge Appraisal Services for Municipal Properties

The Township of Old Bridge seeks proposals for township appraisal services across various municipal properties. The selected consultant will provide professional appraisal expertise to supplement township departments, such as the environmental commission, planning and zoning, engineering, construction, and code enforcement, performing services upon request by the business administrator after obtaining a signed purchase order.
