Suwanee Downtown Parking Study and Planning Services

The City of Suwanee seeks Statements of Qualifications and fee proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or teams to conduct a Downtown Parking Study. The selected consultant will evaluate existing parking demand and regulations, collect occupancy and length-of-stay data using license plate readers, and project future demand to guide parking management and expansion decisions. USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Applicants must mail or deliver six unbound hard copies and one electronic copy of the qualifications, along with a separately sealed Cost of Services envelope, to Brian Ford by December 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The City will host an optional pre-submittal meeting on December 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., and all questions are due via email by December 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The City evaluates proposals using a 100-point scale covering scope understanding and approach, firm experience and past performance, key staff qualifications, and proposal quality.
