Temporary Employment Services for On-Site Personnel Staffing

Omnitrans requires qualified firms to provide temporary employment services for on-site personnel assignments. Selected vendors must provide temporary personnel for positions based on agency needs, conduct seven-year employment history verifications and reference checks, administer required job skills tests, and perform drug screenings and criminal background checks. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must register on the Omnitrans website and submit proposals through its online bidding system before 3:00 p.m. on December 15, 2026. The deadline for requests for information, clarifications, and approved equals is November 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Omnitrans will evaluate proposals and make an award based on cost and other evaluation factors to the offer deemed most advantageous. The anticipated contract features a three-year base period with two single option years, beginning tentatively on April 1, 2027.
