Ohio Department of Public Safety Rider Enhancement Rider's Guide Printing Services

The Ohio Department of Public Safety seeks a contractor to print an exact quantity of 9,075 copies of the MOP 0098 1/25 Rider Enhancement Rider's Guide. The project requires printing 108 originals in booklet format on 50# white offset stock, folding from 11" x 17" to a finished trim size of 8.5" x 11", with two-sided full color, saddle stitching, face trimming, and micro-perforations on page 97. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and questions must arrive no later than November 23, 2026. The selected vendor must provide a digital proof within three working days of award, provide a production sample within three business days of proof approval if new to producing this item for the agency, and deliver the final packaged cartons on pallets to the Alum Creek Facility in Columbus, Ohio, requested by January 29, 2027.
