Scope of work
- Provide personnel, supervision, equipment, vehicles, cleaning materials, supplies, and other incidentals required to perform assigned services
- Collect, remove, and properly dispose of litter, trash, and debris from designated event areas
- Set up, monitor, empty, and maintain trash and recycling receptacles throughout assigned events
- Maintain designated event areas in a clean and presentable condition throughout each event
- Maintain designated dumpsters and surrounding waste collection areas free of loose trash and debris
- Remove litter and debris from vegetation, planters, flowerpots, and accessible window sills
- Clean, sanitize, monitor, and restock designated public restrooms throughout assigned events
- Maintain cleanliness inside and around portable restrooms, sweeping and removing litter and debris

Minimum qualifications
- Regularly engaged in providing event cleaning services similar in scope for a minimum of three (3) years
- Experience providing cleaning services for outdoor festivals with attendees of 50,000 or more
- Demonstrate ability to self-perform a minimum of 75% of the work utilizing employees of Proposer
- Provide a minimum of five (5) references, including at least two (2) for large outdoor festivals with 50,000 or greater attendees
- Ability to acquire all insurance required by the City and provide a business tax receipt
- Provide an on-site supervisor fluent in English with working knowledge of supervisory, management, and quality control functions
- Utilize U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify system pursuant to Section 448.095, Fla. Stat.
