Fire Panel and Elevator Communication POTS to Cellular Upgrade and Maintenance

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a turnkey fire panel communication upgrade from plain old telephone service (POTS) to cellular, alongside maintenance services. The contractor will evaluate existing fire alarm, security system, and elevator communication equipment, coordinate with the county information management department, and deliver system designs, equipment specifications, installation schedules, and commissioning reports for a County-owned solution. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and work will be performed offsite.
