RFI for Newborn Screening Laboratory Information Management System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a newborn screening laboratory information management system (LIMS) that integrates with instruments, tracks testing, links patient demographics, and reports and tracks patients to diagnosis. The requested scope includes an integrated case management workflow, universal device networking without portable storage, tracking for external reference laboratories, and a mobile-first portal design. Only USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 9, 2026.
