Avondale School District needs technology systems for the Early Childhood Center under Bid Package No. T6 in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Onshore US organizations must perform the work onsite and ensure contractors and subcontractors register with the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity to submit proof of registration. Bidders must submit sealed bids by 2:00 PM local time on November 5, 2026, to Mr. Steven Siedlarz at the district administrative offices. Submissions must include a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement, an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance, and a proposal guarantee of at least five percent of the Base Bid. Bidders must meet at the administration building for a pre-bid conference and walk-thru on October 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. The Board of Education evaluates bids to select the proposal that serves the best interest of the Owner, reserving the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must supply a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. State of Michigan prevailing wages are required for this project.
