The buyer requires a comprehensive Mainframe-as-a-Service (MFaaS) solution to migrate from the State's current hosted MFaaS environment and manage the entire agency mainframe platform. The scope includes secure infrastructure, software licensing, continuous 24/7 monitoring, disaster recovery, operations, administration, predictive analytics, lifecycle assurance features, and industry-standard uptime reliability of 99.999999%. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only USA-based organizations (onshore) are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
