Enterprise Resource Planning Readiness Consultant Service

The City of Kamloops requires enterprise resource planning (ERP) readiness consultant services to assist in procuring and implementing a new ERP solution to replace JD Edwards OneWorld. The selected consultant will conduct project initiation, current- and future-state assessments, organizational and technical readiness assessments, a vendor-neutral market scan, a jurisdictional scan, an options analysis and business case, a roadmap, and procurement support. Work will be performed offsite over a two-year contract term. Eligibility is limited to onshore Canadian organizations. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and all questions are due no later than November 10, 2026. The evaluation process includes mandatory submission and technical reviews, rated firm qualifications and non-price criteria, interviews for the top three ranked proponents, and pricing evaluations. The budget calls for submitted proposals.
